new PC? It was lightning fast. But, after a year, you now realize that 
your PC has some serious performance issues. A lot of programs are loaded 
at your PC startup, which noticeably lowers its performance. Some programs 
are system ones necessary for normal functioning, and the rest of them can 
be easily removed from the startup list with the help of Arrange Startup

Installation
------------

  To install Arrange Startup, just copy the distribution kit content into a 
temporary directory, run the "arrangestartup.exe" and follow the instructions.
